This guide was developed by the MIT Pay Equity Working Group to provide a comprehensive guide to job offer negotiation for all 50 US states. This resource helps candidates understand their rights concerning non-compete agreements, verify salary equity, negotiate contractual protections, and much more. The creation of this guide involved the dedicated efforts of 42 lawyers and law students from across the country, who volunteered their time to ensure the information is accurate and state-specific.
