Event Details

The 11th Annual Career & Internship Fair provides a great opportunity for students to explore full-time opportunities, internships, and graduate programs; learn about organizations, and build your professional network. Employers who attend are actively looking for talent to fulfill both full-time positions and internships/co-ops. This event is open to ALL majors and class years. First year and sophomore students are encouraged to attend to explore interests; possible career paths, and opportunities to gain experience. Recent Saint Mary’s alumni are also welcome to attend. This event is not open to the general public.

Registration and Logistics Information

Registration closes October 11, 2024

Career & Internship Fair Registration Includes:

• One 8-ft. table and signage (organization name and table number).

• 2 chairs.

• Access to guest Wi-Fi

• Lunch/hospitality for up to 2 vendor representatives (additional representatives: $20 per person). We allow up to six (6) representatives per exhibit table.

Handshake Employer Help Center

This event is open to all Saint Mary’s University undergraduate students and recent alumni. The fair will feature a wide range of employers actively seeking to hire for various position types and graduate programs.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but not required. Students that pre-register by October 25 will receive a pre-printed nametag at check-in. The first 250 students to pre-register and attend will receive a free Saint Mary’s portfolio at check-in.

Organization Registration: Registration for employers and graduate schools is an on-going process. Check back often to see which organizations have registered.

What to wear: Business Professional or Business Casual is expected but not required. Check out this Guide to Business Attire.

Need clothing for the event? Visit the Clothing Closet for clothing to outfit you for the event and your career search needs. The Career Closet is located in SM404 and is open from 11a.m. – 12p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday or you can email studentsuccess@smumn.edu to set up an appointment.
